I have sold 3 residential properties and purchased 3 residential properties through Joan between 2000 and 2010. Each time she skillfully guided me through the process and helped me make appropriate decisions on terms, pricing, etc. In 2008 I purchased a new home and I was trying to sell my old house. I had difficulty because buyers could not get financing nor sell their houses. Joan found a buyer with a cheaper home. Through her creativeness she help us trade homes and I was able to sell the cheaper home within 90 days. She is very smart, to the point, aggressive, organized, witty, and responsive. There's a lot of things I liked about working with Joan, but I would say her no-nonsense approach would be the top of my list.
