Sydney Smith is the Office Manager/Marketing Specialist at the Clemson/Lakes office at Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. In this role she helps assist Associates and the Director of Marketing with social media assets, admin office work, display windows, mailers, Matterport shoots, email marketing for the company, and any other materials the company. Her favorite part of the position is getting to be super candid with all of the agents and get to know them/their business on a personal level. She also enjoys working with the leadership team and absorbing their knowledge and expertise on the industry.

Prior to this role, she worked in a few different fields. Her main experience is working with the public in hospitality. She realized from her experiences that above all, she loves helping people and getting to be creative/be hands on. She loves working for Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty on marketing, because she gets to combine all of the things she loves into one. She believes in the brand and brokerage because everything they do for their clients is hands on. They will take your hand every step of the way.

When not at work, you can find Sydney working out, playing tennis, exploring local cuisines/coffee shops in Greenville, hiking, hanging out with friends and family, exploring new adventures, and taking in all that Greenville has to offer.
