Jessica Kilcoyne is a Sales Associate in the Greenville office. A Greenville native, she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina with a Master’s in Health Systems Administration from the University of Alabama. Her past work experience includes Critical Care nursing and she was a top performing medical device sales representative for Johnson & Johnson.

She may have over a decade of experience in healthcare, but she’s always had a passion for real estate. Not only is she a third-generation Greenville realtor, Jessica is also an investor and renovator—she’s been investing in and renovating properties in the Greenville area since 2016. Additionally, she has experience acquiring and managing nightly, monthly, and long-term rental properties. Through her experience as an investor and rental property owner, she has knowledge to leverage into every conversation with those interested in becoming a part of the Greenville community.

Her career in healthcare provided her with the opportunity to learn important professional skills that are essential in the real estate space. After deciding to transition fully into real estate, Jessica knew she wanted to work with the best. That desire led her to joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby's International Realty.
