Beau earned his bachelor’s from Louisiana State University and his law degree (with honors) from Southern University.  He was the managing partner in a private law firm for a decade before moving into the corporate world working as a director in the legal, ethics, compliance and operational divisions for Walmart and Asurion.  

At Asurion, he was asked to take the lead in purchasing and transitioning franchised stores to corporate owned and operated stores after the company acquired a national retail chain of about 500 stores. At the time only 12 of the stores were corporate owned and operated and the goal was to quickly grow the footprint of corporate owned and operated locations. They asked how fast could he build a team and how many stores could he purchase and transition in a year. He told them as many as they wanted. He was given a goal of 50 in the first six months. They more than doubled that goal and transitioned more than 400 stores in 18 months.

After becoming empty nesters, he and his wife moved to the Upstate in 2023.  They fell in love with The Cliffs on Lake Keowee and made their new home there. Beau says he’s bought and sold numerous houses with his wife and he’s always loved both the buying and the selling process. After moving to the area, he decided it would be great to put his years of negotiation, due diligence, compliance, and project management to work helping others in the market to buy or sell their homes.

He may be new to the industry, but three of the highest value services a realtor provides are negotiations, due diligence after going under contract, and managing the process from start to finish. He brings almost 30 years of those experiences and skill sets to the table for his clients. Beau's brand is "The Right Way Everyday".

To him, luxury real estate is all about matching the right buyers to the right seller. Buying a home is one of, if not the biggest purchase a person or couple will make. They deserve an experience that matches the luxury purchase.
