In the Greenville office, the top Associates for listings sold were Caroline Allison and Jeff Inman, and the top Associate for buyer transactions were Britney Bolt and Michael Kingsmore. In the Clemson office, the Associate with the most listings sold was Diane Bostrom.
One of the brokerage’s more decorated Associates, Allison was the company Rookie of the Year in 2017, Most Valuable Associate in 2019, incoming referral leader in 2020 and in 2022 earned a President’s Circle Award, which is for Associates who did more than $5 million.
Inman joined the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in May 2021, and welcomes the opportunity to show clients the specialness of Greenville and its surrounding areas. He was named to the company 2022 President’s Circle Award.
Licensed since 2012, Bolt describes herself as a naturally-curious “lover of relationships.” A Greenville, native, Bolt comes from a real estate background and meeting new people, learning about them, and learning from them is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Kingsmore spent more than 35 years as a leader in the textile industry winning numerous honors and accolades. A Clemson graduate, he joined the firm in 2022 seeing real estate as a great use of his skills. He loves building relationships with the families he works with as they search for their new home in the Upstate.
Bostrom joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in April 2021 and quickly became a star performer. She became a member of the Chairman’s Circle in 2021 and the President’s Circle in 2022. She is committed to her clients—she once drove from Clemson to Charleston and back just to help a client with a closing.
